About Pepper Homeloans

Launched to the mortgage market in 2001, Pepper Homeloans is a specialist lender and mortgage service provider. One of only a handful of firms outside of North America with Standard & Poor’s “above average” residential subprime loan servicer ranking, Pepper Homeloans’ key knowledge areas include customer service, arrears management, loan foreclosure and loss mitigation.

Pepper Homeloans is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oakwood Global Finance SCA, which is based in Luxembourg with a management headquarters in London. Warehouse funding for Pepper is provided by Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Barclays Capital and National Australia Bank.
